Nice place with plenty of space inside and outside with good music in the background. We enjoyed sunny evening sitting outside. We came only to taste their beer but we decided to try some snacks as well. We ordered nachos, which were exceptionally good (medium size was enough for two).

Such a nice and simple place to go to for a good beer and great service. The barmaid is absolutely wonderful! She makes a fantastic beer sangria and she loves to have a good conversation. The food is quite good as well. The nachos are delicious. Good prices too, and the restaurant has a beautiful view! Parking is more difficult, but that's the only downside.

The beers from this micro brewery are excellent. The service is good and friendly and the terrace scenery very nice. You will probably notice the regulars playing chess and cards. The food menu is unremarkable but decent.

Definitely check this out for the beers, they brew delicious recipes. Also pay them a visit for their amazing local food such as tourtire (meat pie) and Coquille Saint-Jaques (sea food) which were delicious. We were seated in front a a window wall offering a nice view on the Saguenay river.

  • La Saguenéenne

    Style: Pale Ale - American

    ABV: 5    IBU: 20

This lightly malted pale ale has a nice mellow flavour. The American yeast used in brewing provides a smooth finish, clean and well balanced. The light taste of this beer quickly vanishes to leave in its trail a subtle hint of bitterness

  • La Tour-Menthe

    Style: Fruit Beer

    ABV: 7    IBU: 0

A mint and blueberry amber beer, it has a refreshing, mouth-pleasing taste that seduces the palate with a suggestion of mint. Brewed with fresh berries from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region and natural mint essence, it requires cold storage to preserve its refined taste. And overindulgence is permitted, for it is known as the Cupid of beers.

  • Cap Trinité
    Not Enough Ratings Yet

    Style: Lager - Pale

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 30

With 5.5 % alcohol content, this ale needs a few months of ageing to reach full-bodied taste. Upon maturing, it acquires golden colouring, the smooth taste of cereals, and a pleasant suggestion of hops. The brewing process requires a type of European specialty yeast that is difficult to find, meaning that this ale is rarely available. Its name is reminiscent of the breathtaking view of Cap Trinité (Trinity Cape) on the Saguenay Fjord.
